PJSC VimpelCom (marketed under the Beeline brand) and Ericsson have signed a two-year strategic partnership agreement to develop 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.

MTS infrastructure offering is expanding further, with the launch of the first Russia-wide network for IoT services and devices in LTE standard based on NB-IoT technology (Narrow Band IoT).
