China has been a leader in the network construction, launching, innovation of NB-IoT, Wen Ku, Director of Department of Communications Development of MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic China) said at the NB-IoT Summit on Monday.

GAZA (Reuters) - Israel and the Palestinian Authority signed an agreement to allow a long-awaited third-generation (3G) mobile network in Gaza and the West Bank, they said on Thursday.

Israel said the decision was made after it concluded a security examination as well as other work with the Communications Ministry.

The Joint Venture will be positioned to take advantage of Tele2’s successful business in Kazakhstan built over the course of six years and the continued rollout of Altel’s 4G network.
