Through the acquisition of Columbus International Inc. on 31 March 2015, C&W now delivers superior high-speed mobile data, broadband and video services. Through its business division, C&W provides data centre hosting, domestic and international managed network services, and customised IT service solutions, utilising cloud technology to serve business and government customers. On May 16, 2016, Liberty Global completed the acquisition of Cable & Wireless Communications Plc (“CWC”). CWC joined the LiLAC Group, which already comprises our marquis operations in Chile and Puerto Rico, creating a consumer and business-to-business communications powerhouse in the region.
