Hrvatski Telekom is the first in Croatia to have presented the latest technologies LTE-A Pro (4.5G Pro) and G.fast that it has been developing in co-operation with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing and with the company Nokia Solutions and Networks.

Comsol's open architecture, open platform Low Power Wide Area National network deployment, Comsol IoT, has been launched. Vodafone today conducted the first live public 5G demonstration in Australia, with Nokia at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).

The trial took place in front of media, students and staff of UTS. They witnessed potential applications including controlling a robot, a virtual reality demonstration and speed tests using 5G capabilities.

Vodafone and Afrimax Group (“Afrimax”) - a 4G telecommunications operator in sub-Saharan Africa - today jointly announced a new Partner Market agreement for Zambia.

Under the non-equity agreement, the two companies will offer customers high speed 4G data services using the ‘Vodafone Zambia’ brand, with market-leading customer services and delivered over a high quality network.
