Overview
Anguilla is a British overseas territory in the Caribbean.It is one of the most northerly of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles, lying east of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and directly north of Saint Martin.
Anguilla is a not member of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) however as an overseas territory regulation is influenced by UK governance who are. Anguilla follows many radio frequency harmonisation principles according to ITU-R Region-2. The regulatory body governing communications policy is the Public Utilities Commission, and the Public Utilities Commission is also charged with regulating the country's radio frequency spectrum activities such as planning, allocations, and licencing.
