Overview
The Pitcairn Islands (Pitkern Ailen), officially Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands, are a group of four volcanic islands in the southern Pacific Ocean that form the last British Overseas Territory in the Pacific. Pitcairn Island is however the only inhabited island of the four.
As a British Overseas Territory Pitcairn Islands are not a member of the ITU. The regulatory body governing communications policy is the UK Office of Communications - Ofcom, and the Government of the Pitcairn Islands is charged with regulating the territory's radio frequency spectrum activities such as planning, allocations, and licencing.
