The company's Wireless segment is engaged in wireless telecommunications operations for Canadian consumers and businesses. Rogers provides wireless voice and data communication services to individual consumers, businesses, governments and other telecommunications service providers.

Almost all of Rogers' operations and sales are in Canada. The company have a highly skilled and diversified workforce of approximately 25,200 employees. Their head office is in Toronto, Ontario and has numerous offices across Canada.
