Bangladesh Internet Exchange Limited (BIEL) and its brand name Ollo, is the first LTE service provider in Bangladesh. BIEL received a Broadband Wireless Access Services (BWA) license in November 2013 granted by Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (BTRC).

The company provides 4G LTE FDD and TDD mobile and fixed wireless services over the B7 (2600 MHz), B20 (800 MHz), and B42 (3500 MHz) bands which launched between March and September 2015. Ollo does not provide 2G or 3G voice or data services.
