The TLA4100 transit antenna is designed specifically for rail, light rail and bus applications and other similarly demanding transit or stationary applications. With a VSWR less than 2.5:1 covering 698 to 2700 MHz, the TLA4100 operates in all cellular bands globally plus the 2.4 & 5.8 GHz ISM bands. The antenna demonstrates exceptional stability and performance on lower cellular bands 698 to 960 MHz, however performance reduces as frequency increases due to the azimuth pattern destabilising resulting in slight directional nature when used on 2.4 GHz WiFi.

Designed utilising a high impact, UV stabilised low Flame, Smoke and Toxicity (FST) radome, the TLA4100 is IP68 rated to fully protect against the ingress of dust and water.

The TLA4100 can be installed with or without a ground plane, maximum gain is achieved when a ground plane of greater than 1 m2 is used.

Below test data are shown measured on a 760 x 760 mm ground plane.
