Telbo (also branded as Kla) is a mobile carrier operating in Bonaire, part of the Netherlands Antilles. TELBO NV was originally part of Landsradiodienst. The company was incorporated March 23, 1983, although remained under the umbrella of Landsradiodienst until 1996. In 2001, after a reorganisation period the new TELBO was able to emerge as the only local company offering innovative and quality telecommunication services for the local market on Bonaire.
The company provides 3G UMTS over B8 (900 MHz) which launched in April 2014, and 4G LTE over B3 (1800 MHz) which was commercially launched in June 2015.
