Qualcomm was co-founded by Irwin M. Jacobs, Andrew Viterbi, Harvey White, Adelia Coffman, Andrew Cohen, Klein Gilhousen, and Franklin Antonio in 1985 and is headquartered in San Diego, California with worldwide presence.
