Ukkoverkot to issue up to 550 000 B-shares (no voting rights) for EUR 7.50 per share

Ukkoverkot Oy is a Finnish data carrier and solution provider offering intelligent comprehensive network connectivity solutions for authorities, businesses, municipalities and cities and industrial internet needs. Reliable network connections have a decisive role for Ukkoverkot Oy's customers.

Ukkoverkot Oy has built digital contact solutions and services for example for joint medical helicopters, the Finnish Defense Forces, the Border Guard, the Finnish Armed Forces, VR-Yhtymä and several Finnish municipalities, for hospitals and FinnHEMS.

"Without effective connections between digitalisation, it will be a splitting, unifying trend. Without effective connections digitalization also excludes companies and people outside. Companies can digitize their services even though how hard, but without effective connections the development is not complete, "says Ukkoverkot Oy's Managing Director Mikko Uusitalo.

Investors have the opportunity to become involved in Finnish digitalization. Ukkoverkot Oy, in cooperation with Kansalaisrahoitus Oy, will issue a limited number of shares, up to a maximum of 550,000 new B-shares with no voting rights, effective from 3 March 2017. The subscription price is EUR 7.50. The subscription period is until 23 June 2017.

"Our promise to bring in the connections to Finland where no one else can bring them is made to be held. The frequencies at our disposal are limited to those available by the FICORA. In addition, we own and manage all the 450 MHz mobile frequencies granted to the general public in Finland, "says Uusitalo.

Ukkoverkot Oy does not seek to provide one service to all. Ukkoverkot Oy looks for tailor-made solutions for its customers, for example in smart urban and municipal operations, smart traffic, smart energy use and the elimination of spatial settlements.

"Digitalisation offers Ukkoverkot Oy and our customers a tremendous growth potential in Finland. Now our growth potential is accessible through our share issue, "says Uusitalo and continues:" Our goal is to start the First North Marketplace on the Helsinki Stock Exchange in 2018. We want to expand the company's ownership base is part of this journey."
