Little Falls, New Jersey, April  10, 2019 – Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT), the #1 wireless backhaul specialist, today announced that it was selected by MUNI S.A, a mobile operator in Equatorial Guinea, to modernize and expand its network to deliver 4G services covering the country’s mainland and its island capital.

In 2018 Vodacom renewed its commitment to bring innovative technologies, which allowed the launch of the 4G Network after obtaining the Unified Telecommunications License. It was within this context that in the same year, Vodacom formally announced that after going through a testing phase it became the first Operator to launch the 4G service in Mozambique.

Telia Company and Fintur Holdings B.V. (Fintur), jointly owned by Telia Company and Turkcell, have agreed to sell their 75 percent holding in the leading Kazakhi telecommunications operator Kcell JSC, to the telecom operator Kazakhtelecom JSC, a company controlled by the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the sovereign wealth fund Samruk-Kazyna.

Telia Company sells its interest in Ucell (FE Coscom LLC) to the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Assistance to Privatized Enterprises and Development of Competition for USD 215 million on a debt free basis. The U.S. Department of Justice has been duly informed about the transaction.

Luxembourg, 3 March, 2017 –Millicom International Cellular S.A. ("Millicom") and Bharti Airtel Limited (“Airtel”), today announced that they have, through their respective subsidiaries, entered into an agreement for Tigo Ghana Limited and Airtel Ghana Limited to combine their operations in Ghana.
