Viva-MTS is a telecommunications company operating in Armenia. The company was founded as K-Telecom CJSC, and it provides services under the MTS brand. The brand name "VivaCell-MTS" is used in Armenia. As of March 2011, VivaCell-MTS had a subscriber base of 2.55 million and occupied more than 60% of the mobile market in Armenia by May 2011. As of December 2017, the number of subscribers stood at 2.1 million. The company is 80% owned by MTS OJSC.
