Moov Centrafrique is a telecommunications company operating within the Central African Republic. Established in 2005 as a subsidiary of Atlantic Telecom, only to be acquired by Etisalat shortly after. Maroc Telecom Group, which is majority owned by the UAE-based Etisalat Group, acquired Moov CAR as part of its purchase of several African subsidiaries of Atlantique Telecom in 2014. The company operates under the regulatory oversight of the Ministère des Postes and Télécommunications et des Nouvelles Technologies in the Central African Republic. The company's operational status is unclear.
The company operates 2G GSM services over the 900 MHz band. Currently no 3G UMTS or 4G LTE services are available.
