The company was founded in 1979 and is based in Barrigada, Guam with additional offices in Harmon and Chalan Laulau. Since May 9, 2008, IT&E Overseas, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of PTI Pacifica, Inc., part of Prospector Investments Ltd.
