HT Eronet, officially known as JP Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar, is a telecommunications company operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was established on 1 January 2003, following the separation of Hrvatska pošta Mostar (HP Mostar) and Hrvatske telekomunikacije (HT). As part of a company reorganisation on 24 November 2006, HT Mobilne d.o.o. merged with HT Mostar, becoming an integral part of the public company HT d.o.o. Mostar. In 2009, the company underwent a transition from a limited liability company to a joint stock company. This decision was passed by the Assembly of the Company on 1 April 2009 and the re-registration was finalised on 8 June 2009. The shares of the company were subsequently listed on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange.
