The company operates 2G services over 850 / 1900 MHz bands, and 3G services on B5 (850 MHz). FLOW British Virgin Islands launched a B2 (1900 MHz) and B12 (700 MHz) LTE-A network in November 2016 to provide 4G services to the island, with peak data rates in excess of 100 Mbps. FLOW's B12 LTE carrier matches the B17 frequency subset, providing compatibility on both bands.
