Sky Mobile LLC, trading as Beeline, is a major telecommunications carrier operating in the Kyrgyz Republic. The company initially began in 1997 as Bitel, rebranding to Beeline in 2006. Sky Mobile LLC was purchased and integrated into the VimpelCom (now VEON) group of companies in 2010.

Beeline provides 2G GSM services over 900 and 1800 MHz bands, and launched 3G UMTS services over B1 (2100 MHz) in December 2010. In May 2016, the company launched its 4G LTE mobile network over the B20 (800 MHz) band in all regions of Kyrgyzstan.

The VimpelCom (VEON) Group of companies includes communications companies that provide voice and data services based on a wide range of wireless and fixed-line technologies, as well as broadband Internet access in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Georgia , Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Algeria, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Zimbabwe, and Italy.
