Baktelecom (Bakı Telefon Rabitəsi MMC) is a fixed telecommunications service provider operating in Azerbaijan. The company was founded as a state-run enterprise in May 2001, then known as Baku Telephone Communications Production Association (BTCPA). The company became Baku Telephone Communications LLC in July 2017.

Traditionally a fixed line and CDMA service provider, Baktelecom announced the launch of a TDD LTE B40 (2300 MHz) service in March 2018.
