ALBtelecom Sh.a provides fixed telephony and Internet services to individuals and businesses in Albania. In February 2013, ALBtelecom acquired Eagle Mobile, turning it into a brand within ALBtelecom, which has since been dissolved. 

Its telephony services include fixed phone, change number, renaming contract, credit transfer, and caller identification services. The company also offers mobile telephony, prepaid cards, ADSL, Internet access, dial-up, Intranet, IPTV, and ISDN services, as well as 3G and Wi-Fi services. In addition, it provides hosting services, including virtual storage, virtual dedicated server hosting, email and Web hosting, and colocation services; and data transmission and infrastructure services. ALBtelecom Sh.a was formerly known as Post Telegraph Service. The company was founded in 1912 and is based in Tirana, Albania. As of June 19, 2007, ALBtelecom Sh.a operates as a subsidiary of Calik Enerji Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi.

The company provides 2G GSM over 900 and 1800 MHz, and launched 3G UMTS (DC-HSPA+) over B1 (2100 MHz) in February 2013. In addition to its 2G and 3G services, ALBtelecom launched its 4G service on B3 (1800 MHz) in September 2015.
