Overview

India, officially the Republic of India, is a country in South Asia. The country shares land borders with Pakistan to the west; China, Nepal, and Bhutan to the northeast; and Myanmar (Burma) and Bangladesh to the east.

India is a member of the ITU and as such follows radio frequency harmonisation principles according to ITU-R Region-3.
