Overview

Ivory Coast or Côte d'Ivoire, officially the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, is a country located in West Africa. Its bordering countries are Guinea and Liberia in the west, Burkina Faso and Mali in the north, and Ghana in the east.

Côte d'Ivoire is a member of the ITU and as such follows radio frequency harmonisation principles according to ITU-R Region-2. The regulatory body governing communications policy is the Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications/TIC de Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI), and the Agence Ivoirienne de Gestion des Fréquences (AIGF) is charged with regulating the country's radio frequency spectrum activities such as planning, allocations, and licencing.
