Quality Management

All phases that are encompassed from design through to the physical manufacture of OEM / ODM antennas, and the testing and compiling of antenna performance reports for HB Radiofrequency’s clients are subject to a strict Quality Management System (QMS) comprising policies, processes and procedures that have been enacted to ensure client confidence.  The Quality Management System is rigorously adhered, systematically reviewed and amended in order to provide continual improvement.

The core of the QMS is based around the requirements of ISO 9001 which have all been realised, as are all additional requirements of both APLAC and CNAS.

International Organization for Standardization - (ISO 9001 Certification)

ISO 9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization:

  1. needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and
  2. aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.

Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation - (APLAC Accreditation)

APLAC is a cooperation of accreditation bodies in the Asia Pacific region that accredit laboratories, inspection bodies and reference material producers.  It is recognized by the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) as one of five Specialist Regional Bodies (SRBs). 

Laboratory Accreditation includes all items used in the testing of:

  1. base station antennas,
  2. cellular/mobile communication antennas,
  3. microwave antennas, and
  4. environmental reliability of electronic communication products.

China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment - (CNAS Accreditation)

CNAS is the national accreditation body of the People's Republic of China responsible for the accreditation of certification bodies, laboratories and inspection bodies.
